This photo was taken during the NRCC Winter 2025 Meeting, where a great discussion took place with Congressman August Pfluger, who proudly represents Texas’ 11th Congressional District.

Before serving in Congress, Rep. Pfluger dedicated 20 years as a decorated fighter pilot and squadron commander, leading operations in Syria and Northern Iraq. His deep experience in national security continues to shape his leadership in Washington.

In Congress, he is an active member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce and the Committee on Homeland Security. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Counterterrorism, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence for the 119th Congress.

Recently, Rep. Pfluger was elected Chairman of the Republican Study Committee (RSC), a highly influential position previously held by key House Republicans. His leadership continues to focus on national security, energy independence, and economic strength.
